We would like to inform you of the changes which will be occurring at Sky City Bounce House in these coming months.

As of January 17th 2012, Sky City will no longer offer unscheduled Open Play time, meaning individual walk-ins will unfortunately be turned away. Sky City’s doors will still be open and our phones will still be answered from 10am to 6pm daily. We will be available for tours of our facility, information, booking, events, and birthday parties. As an alternative we will be offering new services such as Group events and Fundraisers. Our group events must be reserved in advance and will be offered at a rate of $10 per child with a minimum of fifteen children.

We feel that these changes, while inconvenient to some, will allow us to provide our customers with a higher level of service and a better overall experience. These changes will allow our staff to be more attentive to your needs and achieve a safer bouncing environment.  They also provide a chance for people to get groups of friends and family to join together to make memories which will last a lifetime.  This will also allow us to be more active in the community, opening up more time for fundraisers, expo, and event appearances.
